ABOUT ME

My aim is to explore the feasibility of desserts while challenging the idea of traditional dishes with a contemporary twist.  

Born and bred in Dunedin, I grew up in a traditional Kiwi home that was influenced with a lot of home baking and stories about what my parents grew up with, with their different back grounds.

As a kid, I was always eager to get into the kitchen to help with whatever I could, which mostly resulted in me eating the food off the spoon instead of actually, helping. 

Being able to bring friends and family together with something as simple as a birthday cake brings so much joy to me and it's always the best memoires that are being made.
